I read in the MM book and Gambler's book. When you feel ready to kiss, stare at her eyes, lips, then side to side then back to her eyes then lips. Move 90% of the way for the kiss, and if she's receipitcal then she'll move the other 10%. This is how you'll know she's ready to stick her tounge down ur throat.

Also, what helps me alot is staring deep in the woman's eyes and smliing. Moving slowly in and kiss her. If you feel she backs off, just kiss her cheek then turn her head towards you and slowly go in for the kiss.

Gambler said this works if she turns her head; it doesn't mean she don't want it. Just kiss her cheek, her neck and then turn her head then slowly go for the kiss. She'll be more recepticcal.
