Guys, I need one more advice...

Begining of the July I went to a music festival, where I had a lot of fun, met a lot friends... and I met there my former colleague, who was there with a group of nice girls, so we joined them with some mutual friends...

There was this girl everybody was interested in and I liked her as well... So I used some techniques and in the morning, when they were leaving the festival (I was sleeping there in a tent), we had a nice chat and some kino, but I´ve decided, that I´m not going to hit on her to invite her over to my tent, because I knew, they would be there also the next day and I knew tension would be higher the next day...

Next day, my former colleague called me and told me, that girls would like to join us... so we did and everything was running smoothly (she even typed her phone number into my phone) until I really had the opportunity to invite her over, which I´ve missed (I´ve only realized afterwards), but afterwards I have again worked on her and we´ve agreed to have a car race on a race circuit...

We didn´t contact each other, until I was in a Crotia for a party, what have reminded me of her again, so I wrote her short message with just small talk, she replied in the same manner... I then wrote her little bit more and also, that I would like to see her sometime...
She replied, that OK, we can see each other sometime in the city, but it´s not appropriate to set up a meeting...
I wrote her, that probably it wouldn´t be appropriate (or maybe yes), so we should meet accidentally... And I wrote her, that next week I´ll have some time, so we can meet accidentally...

Up from that text message, there´s no reply until now (already roughly 2 weeks)... I´ve probably blown it, when I missed that window during the second night on festival...

ANY ADVICE HOW TO GET HER TO MEET ME AGAIN?
