Depends on how long you've known her. If you've just met her in the mall then that's a big no-no. If you've known her for quite a few hours and you're getting along well, keep her waiting a little bit. Don't rush in. Read her body language/the look on her face. Lean in a bit. She'll give little hints she wants you to kiss her by getting closer to you. Don't just lunge at her with your tongue down her throat. Read the signs.
