Need some advice on this girl. Not normally that bad with closing and stuff but I'm just plain stuck. Dont really post either but do keep tabs on you guys

Anyway met this girl on PoF HB8 Model whos Bi. (plenty of Fish / Dating website) texting and eventually got her to come round mine.
She comes round and just K-closed her and stays the night, tried to F-close but to no avail. So she invited herself round the following night ( asks if she can see me again) tried to F-close again and nothing. She says she needs to trust me and be in a relationship before that can happen.

So I continue to maintain comfort levels and trust / connection to over come this but it does not work. Take her out on a date and always maintain DHV, question her and ask her where this is going.

I'm not going to lie we did click, so I would like to be in a relationship with her. Anyway on our date she says that she does like me and does see this potentially being more then just dating. Then I brought up Sex since I said i want to fuck her and I can't etc. She said the same excuse (trust relationship etc) but she did say "I do want to have sex with you." repeatedly after that.

We do kiss and she actually instigates the kisses and holds my hand. So attraction is there. She has been in a 5 year relationship and was engaged until the guy cheated on her. I don't know if she is playing me or not.
I do pay for everything which is not bad but she does not even offer.... also she keeps dropping bombs that STUN ME! for example she use to be a stripper in this club in London, then continues like it was no big deal....

Please some wise words would be truly appreciated. I have been seeing her now for around 3 weeks with nothing gained but Kissing and some boob fondling... even though I have tried multiple times to escalate further to F-close. She still stays round and does continue to see me / makes first contact via text etc.

I have made it clear I am also not interested in being her friend from the get go, I told her I have enough friends.
