Hi all, I'm new to this forum. Very little sarging experience in the past compared to all u bros. TBH this is an unusual setting so pardon me if I posted in the wrong thread! Mods pls shift if necessary

Saw HB5 on my facebook climbing group page, requesting for partner as she was new. PM her. After a week, met her at the climbing gym for first time... Surprisingly, a cute petite HB7 turned up, my type! This is the rare 5% of the time when real life looks way better than photos Few years my junior, starting Uni this week.

Didn't plan much about spitting game, we just had fun climbing. Only my 5th time climbing this year, but DHV when a regular said Hi to me. Also, other random climbers approached me for help (maybe real intention was to hit on her). I taught her a few more stuff related to this sport. Added kino, light touches on arm, Hi-5s. Played with the speed I let her down when I was belaying and she liked it.

No obvious IOI or SOI from her though. Giggled at my jokes, but didn't kino me (maybe wasn't touchy type). Proximity was close (considered IOI?). Also said that after seeing how I climbed, inspired her to climb better (Don't think is SOI?)

After the session, texted her short msg saying great climbing with her blah blah. She replied saying great time too, text her next time when I want to climb. I know I'm not her only climbing partner, not the richest, but probably the strongest

Reviewing the "date" or rather first time meetup (I didn't even hit on her online):

1) Didn't set the playful frame that she was going after me. Partially cos it's first meet up, had a mental barrier that this's gonna creep her out...

2) Didn't really false-disqualify myself as a potential suitor other than saying I'm old. Didn't throw enough hoops for her to qualify herself

3) When she qualified herself, I did give SOIs like "I respect that" etc

4) No push/pull, totally forgot

5) All the above added up to not much flirting

What do you think should be the plan for the next meet-up to steer towards a more flirting playful setting? It's my biggest obstacle. And during this period before I ask her out to climb again, should I text her for short chats? The last question sounded like I'm gonna plunge into FZ lol.
