I took this girl for drinks on Thursday, she seemed involved, kiss close, make out in the car. I took her for dinner yesterday (the 2nd), had fun, told her that I like to be with her I want her to go home with me, she said ok but no sex. We continued drinking at my place, made out a lot. She was saying she was horny etc, but doesn't want to get sexual before knowing me better etc. I said I want her, but cool. So we were making out for next 30 mins and then just fell asleep.

I suspect this is not an uncommon move from a woman. I am not trying to push her too much, I think it's genuine and to me it seems this is just a sort of a test whether I can still act cool even though she denies the sex.

Could you explain to me further, what you think that is going on here and whether I need to make some big adjustments?
