Here is where the fuck up comes. Two things I should have done.
1. Wrote a text and not sent. Give yourself a minute to think about it. Like in chess there is always a better move than the first one you think of. (unless it's all falling into place nicely)
2. She just told me we share a really weird like. In this case 'croissants'.
I went with some shit reply I can't even remember tbh. What happened?? Blown out. I should have lead with something like hey, let's get some coffee and croissants later. I know a place. Or something to that effect.
