Don't feel sad. Just stop overthinking everything. Just be yourself around girls, you don't need other people to tell you how to act. Sure, it's fine to ask people how to act in certain situations like if you need help escalating or something, but this is different. Be yourself and don't do anything that's not like you to impress her. If she doesn't like you for who you are then who cares and move on to the next bitch.
