You did the right thing for not asking for an explanation. That means she isn't all that interested in anything real. She's playing kid games. Interested women that are mature don't play games where a man can kiss her anywhere, but on the mouth. She enjoys the attention. But, that's it. You should have went for the lips then escalated to the other stuff.

If she says she won't kiss you I'd say she's testing you, seeing how you'll react. Sounds like you passed. If you want to build on it you can tease her about that chastity lipstick she decided to put on and how your lips are the key haha.

One game you can do is where you tell her you won't kiss her, and then get very very close with your lips and pause. Let the sexual tension build and with enough confidence I'm sure she'll break away in fits of giggles, or just kiss you.

I do this alot myself, she just wants friends with benefits. She is physically attracted to you but not on a mental level.

From my experience with childish women -- be firm, stand your ground, and don't play around with them. Be the aggressor. You handle them like you would a child. Hell, a little liquor should stabilize her enough so her kid game is thrown off.

Go out for a round of drinks and keep ordering more. Only problem is that it will cost you about 40-60 bucks. Quite frankly, a kid isn't worth that much to me...
