Old friend coming over Sunday night. Advice/Ideas?

What's up fellas! I recently got in touch with a old friend (she's a hot Hispanic) and after talking with her, I told her we should hang out Sunday night and she agreed. I plan on FC her, but need ideas on how to escalate things before that happens?
1) Do I make it a movie night at my place?
2) Do I take her to the beach behind my place and drink there before coming back to my place?
3) Take her to a club, dance, and come back to my place?

*Any other ideas would be great as well. Can't wait to hear them. Thanks
