1. It depends on what she texts, I would need to read it to be in a better position to answer. If she lists several reasons that are all similar it is likely that she is going through ASD and doesn't want to seem disloyal. A many reasoned text may also be her trying to justify her reasons to herself. In this case she may LJBF you.
Another long text which contains only one reason is probably more sincere, respect her, meet up as friends if you are confident in your skill. Spend a few hours without trying to sleep with her. Build rapport and trust again then go for it.
2. Send something cheek like "so do I" try to be funny. If you push the matter you will lose her trust, this is likely just her bitch shield. Stay friends for a while then try again.
3. Unless you are skilled at text-game get out, you blew it. Style, Mystery or one of the other demigods of pickup could pull it off but you and I are mere humans.
In an alternate situation she could have a suspicious boyfriend, try to meet her in person as she will usually clarify.
