So I fingered my future roommate but we didn't have sex because she said she was afraid of getting attached. and we agreed to get coffee this weekend, but we won't have time with finals. It's finals week next week since we are in college and she isn't texting back much. I feel like she may have regretted doing it, though she said she didn't regret it. What should I do? she left my last text unanswered, should I try and coax a reply or is that too needy?

I'd say she regrets it if that was actually discussed. How clinical is that? Furthermore, you feel that way which is another big piece of evidence.

When you do get a chance to talk to her, don't longer on the subject. Bring it up jokingly and see what her response is.

If she suddenly becomes closed off about it then pass it off, say you should both forget about it and SWIFTLY change subject to avoid that silence.
