Girl has a crush on me, she approached me and i got her number. Text her the next day made plans, she played hard to get and shit just never went through. (short version) Well i see her around town but we never talk, just like in a natural zone. Went out to eat today and she ended up working in the place we went. Didnt talk to her but want to reopen her should i just call and ask her to hang out or text

Either way, you will need to rebuild/establish comfort again. Before asking her out.

Where I am old school, and prefer calling, girls today LOVE text messaging!

I would reopen with some humor, and build from there.
