Ok. Up until last night it was all going well.

I've been out a couple times with this girl (HB9-10 definitely the hottest girl i've ever had anything to do with!) we've made out a couple times, get on great, and we're going out next saturday (i got a groupon to some cocktail making class) and not told her what it is - so she's well interested and all that.

My friend (our mutual friend) had told me a few weeks ago that she had just kinda broken things off with this guy she was seeing who was being a dick to her - and that she was kinda hoping it would go somewhere - then a few nights later she makes out with me. We've been out a couple times since, and get on great. I had been a little concerned that she might have been using me to get the attention she wants - and so I don't ever really initiate texts with her or anything, and I'm trying to DHV every time we talk.

Last night anyway, she text me pestering me about this secret date she's agreed too. we text back and forth for a bit until I tell her I'm going to sleep and I'm not gonna tell her - then she texts me like constantly - so theres no way I'm actually going to sleep - she was really hungry for attention - I tell her this. But within about 30 minutes - she's said she's really annoyed, I ask why? she says some dickhead - i knew i shouldn't have asked, coz I had a fair idea of the answer - and then she asked me to tell her why guys just see her as a lay, rather than anything more.

I told her that im not the one to be answering that question (I absolutely do not wanna be that comforting gay friend), and told her I was now going to sleep - she text back saying she was sorry and had a shit week, and I said just be on good form for saturday (our cocktail date thing).

Basically, am I on the verge of being friendzoned? How do I get her more interested in me than this douchebag guy she was with?
