Hey all. New to the board, thanks in advance for any tips! Here's the cliffs on my issue

backstory, met girl that lives in my building. shy, not sloot.get number and start talking.
she flakes on one date, and then makes excuses for the next. so i sent this exact text" ok, well nice meeting and talking to you!
immediately triple texts me, we'll get coffee, im down, meet you downstairs.
had a good time, good conversation, invited her back to my room
went for a kiss on first date, she says she doesnt kiss on first date. held hands the rest of the night (So i could gauge interest, was rubbing my hand and shit)
tells me she can't hang out last night because she had to be up early, but that shell "see me soon!"
and that's where i stand
she was also being weird and i just texted her before that saying something like "ill be honest, idk if youre nervous or somthing, but i had a good time and enjoyed your company" and then she said that she did too

She does the weather for my school and we were watching her video when she was over and I teased her a little about it. Texted her about 4 hours ago "so I saw the new video, I have to give you credit it was good and you were cute". No response.

She takes up to two hours for some texts, but ones like when I was hinting that I was cutting contact, boom 3 texts in 15 seconds.
