ok so 4 months ago at college, the hottest girl in the entire college started flirting with me, huge IOIs everywhere, touching me, physically moving closer to me, smiling and laughing at everything i said. So i started to game her, no invitation required.

I went to work with playful negs and getting closer too, but im now pretty certain that i went overkill with the negs. She soon started to get distant with periods of complete coldness towards me, varying from week to week and during the run up to xmas and then over the xmas period it felt dead. Despite the odd conversation and a new years text, it didnt feel the same. Back at college now for 3 weeks and i still sometimes catch her glancing over at me or she'll smile when she sees me.

Shes an unbelievably nice person and it pretty obvious to me that she wants me to show her my 'nice' side cause shes sick of me always negging or joking around. See normally i would acknowledge that its dead but i still reckon there are some IOIs around the place.

I negged her, i gamed her best friend (which worked a treat), i gained rapport with her friendship group, but I didnt strike the final blow and i dont know where to go from here.

Freezing her out at this point will definitely not work. What should I do?
