afterwards a few text exchanges,
tried to set up a meeting with her,
at first she said yes sure,
the next day she texted she had to study with a friend so she had to cancel
i texted back "ok, i'll have to have fun without you"
she texted "nooooo it doesn't make sense you'll have fun without me"
that was yesterday, and i haven't replied to her since
on one hand it could be real that she had to study, but she didn't try to offer another time
i don't know why, but i do consider her as a shy girl
she also never initiates phone calls/texts,
but when we talk, the convo/texts are pretty fun and flow
so i'm in a dilemma in here, what should i do?
try again, or what?

If theres the chance you can see her again without txting her, (like in class or a bar where she normally goes with her friends) I’d highly recommend that. If you do txt her again, don’t be discouraged. Some girls refuse to txt first until they comfortably know you like them or they really want you. From what you’ve given me, It seems that she’s interested. You should always remember that girls can have game too and this could just be her trying to pull you in. I say go for it. If you get the vibe that she isn’t down. Just back off and try again when you see her next time. Hope this helped a bit.
Cheers
Vin

If she flaked because of a legitimate emergency, then I would try to reschedule another date immediately via text or phone call.
