She said she would get back to me with when she is available, but it has been a week and she hasn't. I wasn't sure if I wanted to ask her again, just because I didn't want to come off as needy. So I decided to text her this:
"Hey, I know we are both busy, but I actually don't want this to fall by the wayside; happens way too often! Wanna grab drinks next [pick a day]?"
Note: The day I picked was 6 days from today, which backs up the busy lifestyle.
Thoughts?

I think the key is expressing interest. Have a "You're special, I'm glad we met, lets get together and get it on" sort of frame in mind, and your text game will be golden.
