Hey there!

So here's the situation...

I attended this newly started "young peoples club" and managed to get this girls number..I made sure that I did the kino (she did not resist...it was light touch on her hand and arms) and playfully teased her and managed to still talk with the other women in the party. She did smile multiple times when we spoke and was keen to keep the conversation going and asked me questions as well.

The speaker mentioned that we "all" should try to get to meet up as a group (members of the young peoples club) once a month to do social activities towards the end of the event.

At the end of the event I hugged her, told her it was nice seeing her and that I will see her soon.

She said thanks and I'll see you in like 1 month, or 2 or whatever.

Okay so now what does that supposed to mean? That shes interested or not interested to take things further?

Furthermore when should I call her and what are some stuff I can say? She happens to live about 40-45 minutes away from where I live by car...so if I am to meet her either I pick her up or she comes by public transport.

This is impossible for me to know because I think it depends completely on the way it was said and on your previous interaction. You will have to learn how to interpret the behavior of women you talk to, and combine this information with what they are saying. Often, the literal meaning of the words adds information, but equally often it is meaningless. So ignore these words for now, and answer these questions instead:
1. Did she have fun talking to you? (Not: did I have fun talking to her?)
2. Does she want you to call? (Not: do I want to call her?)
If you think the answer to both these questions is yes, then go for it.

So yeah texted her today, told her how great it was to meet her. She replied back soon after with a similar text and a smilie.

A mate of mine says that she was probably just being cheeky when she mentioned "1 month...2 month or whatever". I am thinking of giving her a call on Monday.
