I am currently in College in America as an exchange student and I can approach and open and get the girl to express interest to the point where as I make a time constraint and leave (both day and night) and they offer to provide their numbers.

However the issue is progressing this further where the drinking age is under 21 and I am new to the area.

I have N-closed about 7 people which has not continued on to something due to the above limitations I am unsure how to put them in a position where I can escalate to Kino then a close.
Due to college I have found that a same night close is much easier than when I am stuck with a N-close which indicates that this is a point of my game which I need to improve on/find tips for.

When it comes to escalate Kino I would do that on the first day. Say stuff where you can flirt with a neg and then place your hand on her shoulder or back and say just kidding with a big smile. Something like I like you hair.. is it a wig? Then be like I am gonna give it a tug. Say that you saw it move and then tease her you are kidding by putting your hand on her shoulder. This will build rapport.

When it comes to day 2 and closing. I would invite her out to coffee and let the sexual tension build with psychological games, where you put the ideas in her love making in her head. If you are more into nightlife for under 21, go to a college party or a movie or something. To isolate her back to her place, sexual tension must be built and IOI's must be affirmed. Say that you give killer back massages and would love to give her one. If she has been seduced thus far she will take you back to your place. Start the massage, and take it from there.

Remember when running the massage routine to be alpha. When massaging never ask to kiss her. It will ruin it. Run your hands up and down her back, leaning in to her. And having your faces glide towards each other for a kiss. Do it right and it'll be the perfect seduction.

at least where i go to college, a number close is absolutely nothing, girls will give you their numbers (or fake ones) to get you away from them. if you just number closed them you are nothing but another dude who tried to hit on them, probably the 20th of the day.

my advice? dont even go for a number unless you have at the very least kissed the girl. i personally dont go for the number unless i have made out with a girl for at least a few minutes, as make outs are random and occur all the time on college campuses particularly in alcohol-driven parties.

moral of the story? make a lasting, positive impression THEN go for the number close, so she associates something fun and positive to you other than a simple 10 minute conversation she has all the time. if youre that guy who she danced with for 20 minutes and made out with for half an hour before her friends pulled her away she is much more likely to want future sexual interaction than if you just briefly chatted her up.
