So I'm a first date with a 10... just beautiful girl. We're having drinks and chatting it up. Next thing we know it's 3 hours later and didn't even realize. Needless to say it was going well. I walk her home. Give her a hug and kiss and ask if she's interested in hanging again... she is. We set up the original date through email so I ask her to send her number. The next morning she emails her number and says hopefully I'll talk to you soon. I texted her a few days later to see if she was available to chat and set up another date. She replied saying it was really nice meeting you and glad we went out but I don't fee like we should hang out. Sorry. Why give someone your number and then a few days later say don't call?

to me it's sounds like a test. You should call her and show that you don't care and you will take her out second time.
But there is always possibility that she is NOT really interested in you, then next time when you see her, do something what increase your value.

her reply after I asked what her deal was.

"I'm really sorry; I don't mean to be confusing! It was really nice to meet you and I'm glad we did. I was happy to give you my number, honestly. I just went out on a couple other dates the next two days and had better connections. My date with you was the first one I've been online and I had no idea what to expect!
