Ok so quick background. This girl at my Uni is a foreign exchange student on the schools swim team. She's in one of my classes and I was teasing her about making it to the Olympics then and number closed.

So during class i text her

ME:Just because your a future silver medal Olympian doesn't mean you can text during class

HER:Silver Medal... That's cool (Shit test?)

ME: Hey I have to root for my home country. If you swam for the states then I'm sure it would be a different story

HER: Haha well that will never happen. I'm a proud German!

ME: Dang... America could use some more cute swimmers. Maybe I'll have to try out for the team then

Then no response.

SO where did I go wrong? In class I was getting clear IOI's, (playing with her hair, laughing at jokes that were definitely not funny, etc). Any help would be great because text game is by far my sticking point.

From what I've learnt smilie faces really arent the way to go, you have to be bold and use statements. It's a lot more attractive.

Also try to look at it from her perspective: This guy is texting me with smiley faces, trying to make me laugh(What you were saying was great but the smiley faces always seem to come off as kissing ass. So she'l assume you want something from her)

So when you texted that one at the end implying that she would have to think your cute if she texts back, she didn't. She knew you wanted something and weren't saying, so why would she?

I usually am very direct, balls to the walls so I go pretty sexual/unapologetic(Mostly lol) But I do it because I want to get her horny, then arrange a 'sexual encounter'. Thanks skills360 here is his link for texting
