Location: South West London, UK | | If it's a first date I definitely wouldn't suggest dinner, too formal and awkward and issues with the bill. The only time I do suggest it I immediately change it. i.e.
e.g.
Me: On our first date I'm taking you to the most famous restaurant in the world (or something like that)
Her: Where's that?
Me: You can have a Big Mac they're really nice
And then I'll switch it to take them to a bar or 3
