Met this cute girl on the street on Saturday, and grabbed her number, here's the last text message she sent me today (after I tried to set-up a date two days ago).

Sorry i've taken so long to reply, been busy. I'd be happy to catch up sometime :) just want to say though - this might sound kinda presumptuous; but i prefer to be clear about intentions - i'm not looking for a relationship or sex or whatever, but would be happy to catch up as friends.

Should I continue trying to catch up with this girl soon as possible (agreeing that we're just friends then escalating hard in-person), or let it slide and focus on more promising leads I have through texting at the moment? I'm thinking this might be a shit test, because she doesn't want to feel like I randomly picked her up and banged her, therefore her automatic ASD kicks in.

You really don't need any of our advice. You had it the first time: Deny any interest and continue to escalate. If you didn't, you'd just be friends, which isn't what you want.
