So anyways, I realize that I lose attraction by relying purely on texting.

I realize I need to call more. Anyways, I need assistance on calling for the first time.

Do you have suggestions, especially in the form of structure, routines, timing, etc.

All suggestions are more than welcome.

i usually write what i want to say in the call, i do this to stay on topic... whether it is to ask her out or the day after to say that i had a good time, just keep it simple dont ramble to much in useless things, keep the call nice and short on topic

try something like

hi girl im really busy but i just wanted to call u for a sec to tell u (go on from here)

Don't linger on the phone. You're not her girlfriend. Keep it under 10 minutes. Make the phone call I hate to say but while you're driving. You'll come off as more spontaneous and you're out doing your thing not just sitting in a room. For me thinking of what to say before hand makes it worse. I generally have an idea of the date I want to propose and that's it. Making a phone call in my opinion is better than texting because the girl finds the plans harder to break because she feels as though a text flake would be cheesy at that point and that she would have to call you to cancel plans.
