how early to set up D2?

So here's the deal:

Meet this HB at work, got her number Thursday and hung out with her and other friends from work over poker the same night. Texted a bit on Friday but she went away for the weekend so couldn't set anything up with her and she is starting nights next week.

Now I am wondering, when to set up D2? Since she is starting nights, its going to be freaking hard to meet her till next weekend. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem but she is leaving town by next month so I got to make it happen soon. I was thinking about asking her for coffee and a quick stroll along the boardwalk on Monday before she starts her shift, but that might come off as too needy and she might flake or actually be busy screwing up my game and chances for the next weekend lay.

How do you guys think I should handle this one?
