I know it sounds silly... I had sex with her quite easily and I think she might feel bad about that, just trying to cool down things and changing subject whle still playing cool

Hey not from self experience but this is just a text book example from what is called the Buyer's remorce trap in the venusian arts book which happens when you go to seduction without building comfort. If you haven't built a lot of comfort 4-5 hours worth this is what happened and she feels a little guilty for sleeping with you so soon.
And thinks you just want to see her again because you think she's easy.

Probably you should let her know you also thought you went too fast but that you just want to see her again no strings attached. Just take the pressure off.

Telling her you went too fast is just more pressure. She is the one that is being weird and not responding. Just let it chill. If it comes up act like it's no big deal and she's the one being weird. For all you know if you wait it out long enough she'll message you back. I've got replies a month later because I just let it slide. Who's to say you won't bump into her again. Let her be a girl about it.

Me(1:40am): Just saw your message now! So deal! Lets make a sneak in plan sometime :) I'm in the center now and going to *zone*, are you around? Xx

Her(2am): wherabouts in *zone*??

Me(2:08am): Now going to *bar close to zone*, do you want to come? i can pick you up

And then... no reply :( So I tried back Tuesday:

Me(6:30pm): Hey you phone is jealous of me and hides my sms's ;) BTW i sketched a nice anatomy drawing inspired by you... Dont tell your phone! :)

How is that a shitty reply? You openly showed interest and she responded. She took the attention off herself and put it on you with a "how are you?", setting you up perfectly for a DHV and an opportunity to lead the conversation.
