Hey guys,

So I went through then ENTIRE routine, number closed etc. I hear all these different times from people but I wanna know, when is the appropriate time to text someone for a first date? What do the PUA's say?

I don't think there is a set time, but just send a text to make sure she responds and it's not a flake. A lot of it depends on how much rapport you built with her during the face to face interaction. Depending on how much rapport was built you can then ask her out, but otherwise you may have to do some flirty and fluff texting for a bit first. Be careful not to mess things up via-text though.
