Alright well as I was eating my hoagie, I messaged my friends roomate and I was like So when are we going out on a date? This led to a very lengthy converstaion where I negged her a little then we kept talking and I believe I built up some attraction by DHVing. Then I ran the were to similar routine as well as another routine that I improvised. Alright So then she says well I have to go right now because im watching a movie with my sister but can we continue this some time later? I then said umm sure call me when ever you want. She responded by saying that I'm not calling you. I then was like alright thats fine but why? She said soemthing and was like you call me.

So when do I call her?
What do I talk about?
How do I open to her again?

You made a mistake by dragging this to much and alowing her first to stop that convesation with stupid excuse. Another mistake was asking her why she won`t call you first next time. You let her play the leading role and thats never smart move.

You wait few days (7-10) before calling her and when you do, pretend like you are calling for some other reason, not cause you are missing her or whatever. Then neg her few times, run some DHV routine and when you have a feeling that you are on peak of gaming her and when she responds great on your effort, just stop it with: "I have a call on other line, wait a minute", and after that say: " I got to go, I have to meet someone, nice talking to you, call me". Do that without waiting for her`s answer, just stop talking/texting. It`s very important that you don`t make the sam mistake twice by letting her ending your comunication first like she did the first time.
