Break down :
Met this HB10 , managed to k close two out of the 3 times we bumped into eachother randomly . Been texting inbetween the 3 random meetings too .. She takes forever to reply to texts . I know she's super busy , so I've tried to get some plans to meet up sorted , but she always flakes . Could be a few reasons for this :

I'm just going to assume I haven't built enough attraction/comfort and go from there.

She has a shit load of dudes chasing her ass , they could be out gaming me ?

So here's the deal- I know if I even wanna shot at this I need to alpha everyother guy . I need to be the most interesting guy out of them all . I know this , I've been dhving , also used pre selection , and being interesting.

Tomorrow I might bump into her at a music festival , I know we are both attending.

I'm going in with the stratergy of sticking out from all the other dude right from get go .
I know these guys will all use a standard 'hello (hug) how are you? ' When they bump into her - so I'm thinking as I bump into her , I need to DHV as I won't be able to spend the day with her - just a greeting - that's all I got to come accross as some1 she won't flake on!

I'm thinking : when I bump into her , ill swing her down and drop her a kiss on her cheeck , bring her up , make her do a lil spin , steal her glasses , put them on and say something like "heya Nerd ! What trouble you causing here?" Take it from there ...

What you guys think - any advice is welcome ? Past experiances etc ...
Keep in mind I have maybe 10min max to blow all the other dudes out.

I've thought about that too ... But its not a very big place and its a 12pm to 12am party - chances are I do bump into her . If not - I'll continue gaming other girls and I'm going to have to try organise another meet with this one, but she might flake again ?!
I also don't want to msg her and say ill be there and we must meet up , because ill just look needy and guarenteed all the other guys will do that .

IF i don't bump into her , and If she flakes the next hook up , I seriously feel like calling her out on it ! Like wtf is going on - ? But that could either blow me out completely or it could seal the deal ?!

Use a pivot if you have one in the club. Or when your saying hi stop mid sentence and go and talk to a) your pivot hb 8 or higher, or b) a set you've already opened earlier.
For example:
You meet her

You: hi hb10 how's...... Jesus is that Mandy over there I haven't seen her in ages, I'll catch you in a bit hb10.
Hb10: er...ok bye.

This should be more effective if you actually go to kiss her on the cheek and stop before you excecute the move, as if you just saw something better and have discarded the hb10. This will put you in control from the beginning.

Then just re enter the set as if nothing happened. How many of the other blokes in the bar would do that to her, none.
