Well number 2 will probably not lose her virginity in a threesome. Therefore you can't date the two of them at once.

Personaly I'd pick one. You can take my word for this, I've tried it both ways. But saying the words directly kills the mood. It's all about mystery and uncertainty. Also if you're only alluding it gives the opportunity for her/them to express a disinterest without being too direct and rude, and for you to say you were just kidding. It's a language of its own.

And you have to be prepared for them to be not into it. Sometimes they need coaxing to do things for the first time but if you're confident AND considerate and let them move at their own pace, that's your best chance.
