So there's a married girl at work who I've been chatting to for a while. For a few weeks she gave soem really strong IOI (chatting aout what an idiot her husband is etc). We had some really good kino. But for the last week she's gone really cold. This happened just after I ruined a close (went to kiss her but then bugged out and hugged).

She's happy chatting at work but refuses any after hours meets. She's still quite friendly but I can't get back to those conversations and whilst she was happy to be isolated before for the last week she's shunned it.

I'm worried if I try to go back to mid-game or try to isolate/bring up meeting outside of work I'll come off as being needy

Any ideas how to close this? Maybe I should just move on instead?

Just move on. Getting with married women is such a messy business and incredibly risky. It's not worth it. These things always end badly.
