So I went to this party last night with one of my buddies and a few female friends of his... Keep in mind this was a whole new circle of people, who of which i knew very few and vice versa. BUT from the get-go, between a few factors, I had already established some serious high value

Anyway, throughout the night I was making SERIOUSLY intense eye contact with this girl back and forth, and she was projecting serious IOIs. So I continue to be kinda mysterious, playing on the fact that we had no idea who each other were, and ended up talking to her a few times throughout the night, keeping the conversation very simple and fun. At one point near the end of the night we ended up outside smoking a cigarette alone...we had good convo and some silent IOI moments, etc. Soon after, something happened with her and her friends, i dunno, bunch of drama, her mood sort of went down the drain a bit, eye contact decreased and it just wasnt as strong.
Either way I ended up getting her number written on my hand as she was leaving and that was that.

I texted her today.
ME:"So your number was barely readable on my hand this morning...but I think I got it. When am I gonna see you again?"
HER:"Yeah you got it right! And I dunno!"
ME:"How about tonight?"
HER:"I can't tonight "

You HAD to make a move on that cig break. Sorry bud, you wimped out on this one. Having high value is great, the close was probably sitting on a platter, but playing "mysterious" generally won't get you girls, next time focus in on her, isolate on your terms and close.

All is not lost, but you missed a critical close point. If you had kissed her, she'd feel more pressured to see you, to avoid any "slut" perception in her mind. Since you didn't, you're just this impressive guy that she met at a party. That means there's a lot of pressure on her to succeed when she sees you, especially since it's one on one, and that's enough to make her flake on you over and over.

Yeah thats exactly what I was thinking... Best bet is to just see her at the next party and go in for the kill huh?
