I need your advice on something. I have a friend with benefits and we have been like that since first year of highschool so for 4 years. No sex only makeout , hj and bj. Could not escalate to sex as she did not want to do that since we were not in a relationship. Now the deal between 2 of us was that we would stop being friends with benefits if one of us gets a gf/bf.

She was in a relationship for 3 years and we did not do anything in that time, only couple of exchanged messages and half a year ago she told me and I quote : "When bf and I break up , we will have sex."

Now they broke up , she had a friend from another country that she had sex with for a week or two maybe , and she is in love with him. Now that does not bother me.

What bothers me is that we won't have sex or makeout at all. We have always been open between each other on level i sent her text saying "Wanna make out tonight" and she would reply "yes" or opposite she will send me text , we talked about each other sex lives all the time. I would tell her with who I was , she will do the same etc...

Now, that friend she was with left to his country and she does not have bf and we are going tomorrow night to smoke some weed...

NOW MY ISSUE

Is there any chance I can do or what can I do to escalate to sex or makeout?

I tried over FB to get some initiative on that but she refuses all the time and ends by saying "No , we will not make out or anything , you can forget about that." sooo

If she still meets up, still try to have sex with her. Perhaps induce some alcohol into the scene

If she doesn't meet you, then I would pursue others options with other women. 4 years man, it's some serious history.

Why are you trying to sign a contract with her?
