Well the best way to deal with negative rapport is to avoid it completely based on whatI justread . But hey let's say it's a story where she acts like a bitch and I need to send the message that she shouldn't do it again, how can I send that message without the negative tone and consequences later on .I hope what I am asking about isn't complete bs

Sounds like you are afraid of standing up for yourself at the risk of losing a girl. If a girl acts like a bitch to you, you need to not be afraid to say what's on your mind and not be afraid to walk away if she continues.

She wasn't acting like a bitch towards me she was acting like a bitch in general .I have nothing to do with this , I juat want to say I don't like that part of her without being mean .

Call her a "negative Nelly" and look disinterested and/or wander off if she is being a bitch. Maybe laugh at her for getting so pissed off over little stupid shit. You aren't there for her to dump her negative shit on. OR... if you are then it's your own fault for sitting through it if you don't want to.
