last week I met a girl at the bar I work in. Went to meet her at a bar near where she's staying. She's with a friend and some more people she knows and one mutual acquaintance come and go. We talk a lot and drink quite a bit and she starts to feel my dick through my jeans. We leave to go to another bar after a couple of hours, just the two of us and then back to my place.

You’re coming off needy dude. That, along with the poor performance (it happens to everyone) probably isn’t going to make her want to hang out with you again. Don’t text her so much. If she doesn’t reply to you, you should be texting her maybe once a week. If she’s not replying, don’t do it anymore.

Also for the future, don’t smoke weed before sex. That’s just a fvcking recipe for disaster.
