Here is a short list of mines.
I had girls over:

to see my squid (because my tortoise ran away)

to see dolphins from my window (I lived in downtown Toronto)


to figure out what was that strange frozen cube that had been left by the previous tenant in the freezer

to break into the abandoned house

to get my jacket

to leave the bag of groceries that I bought before the date

to call my mom

to cook chicken feet that i bought yesterday (that was a chinese girl)

to give her a pomegranate that I bought for her yesterday but forgot to bring on the date

to have a b-52, because I am the only guy here who can make it right

The only rule here is you have to say because, and after because you can put anything.

Example: Promise, you are going to behave! I mean no screaming or loud singing or dancing on the table, because everyone knows and respects me around here. Okey, now we can go to my place, because I can show you my squid. But you can't stay late - I gotta work early.

Conditioning and time constraint is only necessary if you are not sure she is willing to jump on you. The reason is an anti-slut move for her social brain (I am not a slut, I am going to see a squid, this is what is running through her head)

By the way, the more ridiculous the reason the better. If she is going to see dolphins - she is going to have sex, because it's fucking clear you don't have dolphins in your bedroom (though I had a squid, a toy squid). But if you invite her to see your stratocaster, she might actually want to see your stratocaster.

If you dont believe me ask your mom.
