So you meet her and try to be as sexual as possible. You kiss. You write a text the next day about meeting the next day at <time> and <place>. She replies with "This week is pretty busy, I am free on thursday". I write "okay, let's meet on thursday or friday at <time>". No reply till friday, lame excuse ending with "I don't feel like doing <activity, not sex> with you but maybe you'll find someone else to do that with".

How do you reply without nexting her?

lol you can't; theres no possible way of sleeping with her. Next her but keep her number if you want. Just go out and sarge some more.

From what you described she doesn't seem that interested... I would keep sarging but also keep texting her. Be flirtatious and tell her that you want to try to meet her again. If she says again that she can't, move on.
