I have this girl at my school, and she is really into me, I mean REALLY

she is not in my class, due, so I need to escalate her after-school, setting up dates (not romantic shit, just walking with her to the park next to my school)

But anytime i try, shit happens

First time, there was a miscommunication, she didn't show up, second time, she had shown up, but than this jealous dude came and fucked it up, third time, she said she had forgotten, just after me getting home from school

Now, she REALLY likes me and friends like me as well, so that's not the problem (i guess)

But I want to know for sure, is she flaking on me?

And also, would it now decrease her attraction, or increase if I would set up a date again?

and how should i set up another one?
