I know there are a lot of experienced guys here so I'm looking for some advice, here's the deal:

Last saturday I met this girl at a festival (no, she wasn't drunk neither was I), we spent almost the entire day together kissing, holding hands etcetera.
Ofcourse I got her a number, she texted me that same night where we had like a 2 hour conversation before going to bed. Last night I decided to text her and we had another long conversation.
My impression is that she seems interested.

She lives an hour away from me, she's not in my social circle so it's not like I'm going to randomly bump into her somewhere. I want to meet her again, but I don't want to come off too strong.
It's been only 3 days since I met her and if I ask her out right now she might think I am too interested, BUT since she's not in my social circle nor does she live close to me, I'm worried that if I wait too long she might forget about me.

What do you guys suggest? Ask her out as soon as possible or wait another week?
Should I just ask her to go get a drink somewhere or should I plan something exciting to do during the day?
Since we already spent an entire day together I know her pretty well, so sitting in a bar for a few hours just talking seems a little boring.
