There's a classmate I've been talking to for the past 3 weeks or so. We get along well, we hang out after class in the school cafeteria or around campus to chill and talk, nothing out of the ordinary. Haven't seen each other outside of campus though, other then going to subway once like a week ago.

Sidenote: I'm the type of guy that's always smiling when talking to girls. I've been told i'm a really nice guy *stab to the heart* and that i'm easy to talk too.

Anyways, I get, or maybe think i get, signals that's she attracted to me. (Ex. hair flick, asks where i'm heading after class, keeps mentioning she wants to see different movie over the weekends) So today before our hangout session ends, she mentions a jazz concert for one of her classes and if I would like to go with her. Before completely thinking it was an IOI, i wanted to know if it was just her or with other people. Needed to know if it was a friendly invitation or an actual IOI to which she replied it was just her and wanted to know if i wanted to go. I told her i worked but finding someone to cover for me wouldn't be a problem. So we agreed to go.

Do i consider this a date?
Was that a desperate acception?
Am I seeing IOIs that aren't there?
How should i play the night at a concert?
Advice, routines?

IOI for me is KC and FC ... I also give the girl some IOIs when my nose itches
KINO KINO KINO, let her stand in front of you and put your hand on her shoulders, see how she reacts. If she accepts ist, you should continue and follow the escalation ladder. After some KINO and putting the arm around her you can KC without any problems. Becase your a cool guy she will be attracted to you.
Dont cofus on the concert, focus on yourself having fun. If your having fun she is having fun as well! Also try to make a plan before the concert and afterwards, like drinking a beer/cocktail together and you can talk and walk the distance to the concert together as well!
