Hi guys, it'd be cool to get some advice from expert people about this situation i'm not sure how to handle.

I live in a small town in the Canary Islands, where everybody know each other, and most of the game we run here is about girls on vacation. But this girl is a local 8 (pretty high coz 9 and 10 are rarely seen here), and i'm an italian expat. She said she doesn't want a boyfriend and she's just looking for fun. This is good because I just want to bang her, also I would consider gaming a local "good girl" a waste of time. The problem is that she can't take any social consequence because all the town know her. This is why i had to slowburn her and could not escalate fast when i saw her out at night the first time.

I created some attraction when i met her at the local bar the first time. Got her number, she appeared to be into me a little bit, but then she flaked my texts and calls. Met her again couple week later at the same place, built as much attraction as i could, got her into me a bit more, and when i texted her a couple days later she answered instantly. So I tried to phone game her. Got her laughing with some funny attraction texts, got her invested a little bit, but then she eventually answered less and less until she stopped answering completely. I didn't try to call her because i was feeling I wouldn't get an answer and that would make it worse.

So, she told me where she works, that is like 500 meters from my place, and i actually walk my dog in front of her working place every day, so the possible options are:

1 - I could show up (with my dog) where she works, throw a false time constraint, refresh attraction as much as possible, then leave fast. And then see what happens. I'm worried that showing up like that would creep her out a bit or would make me look needy and definitively not in abundance.

2 - Keep doing phone game, increasing the times between texts, and hoping for good. I'm already at at text every 4 days. I was thinking about this phone routine to try to invest her a little bit: "Im getting surgery today, pray for me" (Hopefully she answer what surgery?) "Im getting my awesomeness level reduced by 3%".

3 - Do nothing and wait until I meet her again at night. I think if i meet her again at the bar and build some more attraction and a bit of comfort i can escalate and get her home. But that could be this weekend or in 3 months.
