How should I handle getting blown off from a girl who has shown real interest in me?

I think that when she contacts me again, I am not going to bother to call/tex/message her again, it needs to be brought up. Not to make her feel bad, but to make her know that it is not ok.

So my advice is to 1) Either FREEZE-OUT the situation. or 2) PUSH-PULL and NEG her along with soft COMPLIMENTS. Say if you don't talk to her for a couple of days say like 3 which is idea to make any woman go crazy. Since she likes you already she already made up her mind to have you as POTENTIAL LOVER. HER: Oh...
YOU: It took you for ever to custer up the courage to call me, huh? *LAUGH* [NEG or GENERAL TEASE]
HER: Sorry, I was busy. [QUALIFYING TO YOU].
YOU: Well, you should've been so busy-you missed out going out [name some place that she likes or you like]
YOU: Since you weren't available I invited my friends.
HER: Man, it sounds like it would be fun! I wish I got in hold of you sooner.
YOU: Yeah it was fun! We [blah, blah, blah - make something up to make her go crazy and drive the guilt in].
HER: Hmmm....
YOU: Well, I gotta go I'm kinda busy right now. So make sure you call when I call back.
HER: Yeah, sure!
