So I'll try and give as much relevant details as I can.
Start off with the fact I was out on a day2 with this girl, call her HBNurse, we went out for coffee but then I decided to change it to bubble tea and a walk. We talked, laughed, it was fun, there was some kino, happy days.
Fast forward a few days, and I suggested we'd go for the local chinese night market, it's a fun time. However she said she can't go that weekend, but we should go next weekend (which was this weekend, weekend of June 14-16). This weekend rolls around, I call on thursday and say
Me: "hey, let's go on friday"
Her: "Oh I can't friday, already made plans, but I can go saturday"
Me: "I can't saturday, I already made plans for that"
Her: "Oh, well maybe I could do Sunday, I'll find out and let you know"
Me: "Ok, let me know friday or saturday"
Friday and saturday roll by, no phone, no txt, no nothing. Sunday rolls by and I go out to a festival with my buddy, at about 7:25pm I get a text from her:
"Hey hows it going?? Completely forgot its fathers day today

"
My plan for response is to wait until Monday after work, and text her:
"Oh, I was just out with my friend at an awesome festival and then hung out, doing pretty well and you?" to convey that with or without her I still have fun. But I'm wondering if I ignore this if this disrespect for her word will become a habit. I'd like to just easily NEXT her, but the catch is that I'm interested in getting into a relationship with a Jewish girl (she's Jewish, so am I) that's more secular, which is what she is, and there aren't that many of us Hebrews running around so she won't be that easy to replace.
Any advice is appreciated
