Hey guys.

After a long time, I need a help again. I'm friend (my choice, not friendzoned by her) with one girl (e.g. Elizabeth) for 4 years. We are really close friends, but we can't see each other too often, because she's on college in different city, so we chat a lot and we spend summer together. That was until now. Few months ago, she suggested that she would like to "seal a deal" with me. So turn relationship to friends with benefits. I've been kinda a lot surprised but... hell... I'm really sexually attracted to her. I tried not to overreact so played it cool like "Wow... surprise but hey...why not, Ela. So In how many years we are getting married? ". Since then we have been joking around about what house we'll have, what dress she should be wearing on wedding, what kind of car, bed, sheets and so on we should buy, having kids and so on.
But yesterday, we got to the serious talk about the friends with benefits thing. She said, that actually she's not sure and she's afraid of loosing such a good friendship, because of the sex. Well, the truth is that about year ago, we have been on the edge of nasty war. Really cold times. But we managed to get back and restrore like 95% of friendship. But that's different story. So we talked yseterday (BTW: I'm sleeping over at her place next month) and she said this "I'd rather if we wouldn't sleep together... I'm afraid of that. But we'll see how things will happen... Let it flow...". If I'm not wrong, she didn't said "yes" neither "no".
So guys, do you have any solid advice how to F-close her on sleepover? Wine and pizza are on schedule - her idea. I feel like flying right through radar of damn big battleship with lot of AA guns And that's not my style, i like low profile under radar.. but there is no space under her radar, because she knows that on that night, I'll try to lay her, she's not stupid.
I've been thinking about trying nothing during day, then fluffing her during dinner and with decrasing wine increasing escalation. But it sounds too easy to be working...

PS: I'm moving into he same city in 3 month so I'll see her at almost daily basis
PS2: She have a huge lack of confidence in bed
