I sent her
Me at 5:16 pm : Hey (her name) It's (me) I met you at (club name) on saturday, I hope you had a amazing birthday
She at 6:15 pm: Hey (me)! Thanks, I did have a really good birthday
Me at 7:06 pm: I hope we had more time to talk
Me at 9:46 pm: I'm still getting used to texting in English! so excuse my grammar
So my question is can i recover and what were my mistakes?
Note: i am from egypt but live in canada and sometimes I use the wrong words.

I was always texting girls "I hope you had a good time" or "Hope I get to see you again" and I kept noticing that I got bad responses or no responses. So now I make a conscious effort to not use the word "hope", as I guess it comes off as too needy. _________________ “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” ~Audrey Hepburn

It's good to talk about meeting when you got her attention and she responds timely. But you don't ask "when are we meeting" ? You bring up the subject and leave it up to her to ask that question
