I live in a small town "Manhattan Ks " college town and I love to talk to bartenders bouncers and also girls who work in the downtown area where the bars are ... those people are kinda the same people and the funny thing most of them ( girls ) seem to like me

I met that chick there is around 7 nice and cute face we talked couple times and I told my friend who works there that she seems cool and like me and he is like you know better what to do and i think she is single too so go for it ... the week after I went there in a slow night and we talked about break and she seems to invest ALOT in talking to me and filing the gaps of the congo I was purposely doing so she her interest level then I told her that we have a big celebration event (yes I do but i'm not might not be able to celebrate it ) and I was like hey since you are a cool girl you should join she is like yeah sure then she I got her number that she said i'll bring a friend of mine i was like yeah sure .

the problem though the interaction she told me her plans for the Xmas break and she seems BOOKED till January 6 or something so I don't think I can text her about day 2 till that time so what do you guys think I should do ? and since never escalated with her because I usually see her when is working i want escalate so I need some ideas to go around my bad closing line and a smooth way to escalate ?
