I met this girl at a Halloween house party. At the end of the night, she told me she was leaving and making moves to gather her stuff, and I asked her if she and her friend wanted to come back with and my friend. She said she had to go to her home town (with her AFC guy friend that she came with). Stupidly, I just said "OK!" when I'm pretty sure I could have easily closed the deal, because after I asked her if she wanted to come back she basically dropped her guard and started talking to me again like she was in no rush to leave. I still assumed she needed to get home - I wasn't educated enough to realize that all girls give a "no" the first time (but now I know).

Anyways, I got her number and here's the text. I'm wondering if you guys can help me with what to say next, because I may need to build up the attraction again:

Me: Best i can promise is a good time. For everything else you're own your own [11/2 6:11PM]

So my only comments are I should have probably said something like "That's OK I have to get up early too" instead of "best I can promise is a good time".

Any thoughts on this convo, and what I should text her next time? Should I just invite her up same day again Saturday? I haven't messaged her since, and didn't say anything after her last reply.

1) Your replying way too quick. Slow it down, 10+ minutes and SOMETIMES text back instantly, I text back instantly when she deserves it.

2) Just reopen her after a day or too. Complete change of subject.

text her on what a wild time and how much fun you all had. even with out her. Click some pics especialy you with hot chicks. It will raise the jealousy factor and she will see that you hold DHV.

Literally, stop texting her in the middle of your convo. I did this to a girl once and she freaked out, called me, and invited me over and I fucked her. It's pretty much that simple.

What does texting in itself accomplish? Nothing.

that was a sure sign she wasn't going to come unless you can absolutely flip the convo. Unfortunately it turned into you trying to convince her to come out but you didn't give her anything to get excited about. Usually as soon as I get a text like that I ignore it and talk about what Im going to be doing. I mean she basically made three excuses. the first was I may have plans, then I have to get up early, then Ive decided to stay in. This is a sure sign she is just being nice. I would have dropped it at her first excuse so you dont sound needy and hit her up again another time. Now she knows you are keen to catch up, So the next time you suggest a catch up she will be on guard and probably with a better first excuse
