I use the local post office on a regular basis for work, when I went there last week there was new girl working there (hb7) whilst I was sorting out what I needed to I could see in my peripheral vision that she kept looking over at me. I didn't make eye contact with her untill I had to go to her to pay, I opened straight away, negged her then demonstrated value, she was still laughing as I left. I've been in a couple of times since and she is always keen to talk to me, I havent number closed yet, should I continue to go in and number close when the opportunity arises or should I push to get her number sooner, I don't wanna appear desperate by asking her too soon.

its definitely past too soon so you dont have to worry about that. im just spit ballin but when your talking to her next time you bring up the idea of hanging out outside of work and doing something fun then you say how about i text you later. you dont have to rely but if you still down then we can hang out and do something kick ass. i like to just hand my phone to then girl then she can put her number in herself. then you talk about something else for a little. if you leave right after you get the number its gonna seem like thats all you wanted. and when you say "you dont have to reply" it doesnt seem like much but it shows that you really dont care if she replys or not which makes you seem even more confident

Tell her you have a bunch of unsorted mail at home that you need help with sorting, then ask for her number.
