1. any activity that you're inviting a girl out on should be one that you are actually interested in doing. Don't fake interest in something. Its pointless and counterproductive.
2. timeshifting is a great tool at this early stage. Combine conveniently located activities to ensure maximum comfort levels.
Besides the obvious dinners (without movies), drinks and coffee; lately, I've been all about glow-in-the-dark mini golf for D2.
But, if there's no glow-in-the-dark mini golf where you are... I also like taking a girl to an estate sale, or to a second hand store to look for items for Halloween costumes at this time of year. The mall isn't a bad place either--particularly if you're shopping for a gift for your mom or sister. Tell her that she can help you pick one out.
Intro dance classes are usually like crack for women. There is Kino, and you're excused if you can't dance since its a common experience. It shows that you're social and confident. Once the class breaks up there's usually some time to dance with her.
Grabbing take out and going on a picnic can be fun too. Task her with picking up a bottle of wine or a dessert or something though. She needs to be made to feel like its equal parts you and her. Ideally more her.
Rollerskating is usually a good opportunity to make kino. Pool halls are good places to be silly and flirty. Bowling alleys are not my favorite, but are a good place to bounce if there's one nearby.
Lastly, I don't think you should knock the dinner+movie combo. Its a matter of doing it right. You could be staring at a wall-- if you're a good PUA, it won't matter what the activity is. Dinner is a great place to run game, so is a movie theatre. I get away with so much shit in movie theatres that I don't in real life. I'll actually bite a girl (not too hard) on her arm or neck if a vampire movie preview comes on. I don't reccommend this for beginners though. You can tease girls incessantly whenever there's a sex scene or something that can be misinterpreted as innuendo.
There's a good post about it elsewhere on the site, so I'll leave this alone for now.
Have fun!
